first game

So I had my first rugby game on Saturday. It was against Michigan Tech. the game was a ton of fun the crazy part is that we beat the I believe 11 tries to one try. The hard part for them is that they were losing players about every 10 minutes almost. It got to the point were we had some of our guys went over to play for them. The feel of running on the field and hitting someone with out pads on is crazy. in the beginning of the game we had only one our guys got hurt. He had his nose broken and one our old team member took two pens stuck them up his nose and put it back in place. I have not seen that happened in a long time. After that game we had the alumni game and that was fun to play but they will hit hard. I'm a little shocked that we bet them even if it was by one try. It was still great feeling to be on the team even if I'm not in good shape I think that I'm going do really good. The great thin is to have people on the team help learn.
